So I’ve been in and out of photoshoots with modelling and the past two months I’ve been doing a low carb high fat high protein diet along with a shit ton of cardio and ended up forgetting bout gym. Facially very lean most debloated id been (good hollows etc hovering around low-mid htn since august)
I have to bulk up tho over the winter because a I don’t want to be underweight I’m very close to it 6’0 flat 17 years old and any longer eating in a deficit I will.
I don’t intend to eat processed sugars or carbs which I’ve not done since January. However I’ll have to add some carbs back to bulk. Was wondering will I be able to maintain face and overall stay lean at about a 350 cal surplus of clean food will continue to dose potassium supplements and avoid Goyslop but get back to resistance training
