best way to grow eyelashes?

ive seen people say latisse is good but ive also seen a lot of side effects also i dont want eyebrows to grow just eyelashes and from what ive seen eyelashes serums are kind of shit most the time unless someone can recommend a good one and i want something that i can use long term without side effects

latisse results aren't permanent so might aswell use mascara
