best way to grow your arm?

so basically i need help on this subject because since 2 month i been training arm 3/weeks and dont see progression can someone give me idea to gain volume(gain muscle in my arms btw not190 lbs of fat)

Train smart, not hard. Use as much weight as you can tolerate with perfect form. Train arms every 2-3 days. Do not train beyond failure, it dramatically impacts recovery time, and arms recover very slowly.

Take long rests between sets: 4-5 minutes.

Keep volume low (3-4 sets), arms are mostly composed of fast-twitch muscle fibers.

you should definitely notice growth within 2 months
not naturally. maybe if ur making newbie gains or used to workout alot and took a break. but even then significant growth naturally is 6 months+

in this guys case i think its safe to assume hes in the newbie gains stage

true but even then in 2 months u might make the smallest changes visually. newbie gains can last from 1 to 2 years keep in mind

but arm only need like 24hours to recovery or im wrong or its depend of the intensity of your training
