best way to hide recessed infras

I have really bad infras. I heard a concealer is good, but also a color corrector is a concealer good enough or is it cope by it self and should i just get a color corrector with it?

I know a girl who has insanely recessed orbitals and infra-orbitals and she attempts to cover up with concealer and it does a decent job but then there's a massive line showing the mark of the eyebags there's just no dark circle
