Best way to improve FWHR?

I'm 16 and roughly 1.65 FWHR which is extremely unideal, however i have both a slightly long philtrum and thin lips, should i go straight to zygomatic implants to widen my cheekbones or should i start by getting lip filler and a liplift? the problem with the zygo implant is that it might mess up my ESR which i deem just as important as FWHR. my chin to philtrum ratio is 2 and my lips are as seen below;

u zygos shouldnt be wider than your lower third. get wrap around jaw implants first then maybe zygomattic implant
