Best way to increase masculine traits in puberty

I'm very new to the forum, I just got accepted, so I'm not sure if I'm doing this right. What drugs are the best at creating more masculine features without causing permanent damage to the HPTA. I know Proviron generally won't cause suppression, but does it even do anything? DHT and HGH seem like the best options to reach gigachad status, but won't DHT cause suppression? Sorry for such a retarded thread, I know there are a few similar ones.

Supplements:
Zinc
Vitamin D
Vitamin K2 MK4
Boron
Magnesium
One a Day Vitamins
Calcium
Arimistane (1 month on, 2 months off)
Tongkat Ali (sometimes)


Red Light Therapy on balls for 20min a day. Fap only once a week.
100 pullups a day, 100 pushups a day, 10 min ab exercise, 2 mile run everyday (for bloodflow).

idc ever since taking these supplements and habits a month ago, I've 100% noticed a difference.

I also take Glucosamine Chondroiton, SAM-e, and MSM but I don't think that affects testosterone.

I've been going to the gym for a year, all gyms in my area closed down 2 months ago.
So I have to cope with weighted pullups and pushups.

Does this stuff have any clinical data backing red light therapy? Seems kinda like pseudoscience.

Use something called google bro. Found this in 5 seconds.



Also idc if it works, I just shine it on my balls for 20min while I'm on my PC doing shit.

I mainly bought it to use for my face to improve skin quality, which it has.

Zinc you can simply get from red meat and fish if I remember correctly.
Vitamin D is in Tuna, Salmon and Orange Juice, pretty obvious.
K2 is simply for bone growth and to support bone and cardiovascular health since you are already exercising I have no clue why ur taking this
Boron is also in Almonds and other types of nuts
Magnesium is in spinach and kale

I hope you are consuming all of this through the foods I mentioned and not gobbling down pills bought from Amazon

Yep I'm gobbling pills. The only pills I take everyday is the one a day mens vitamin, arimistane, MSM, SAM-e, and Glucosamine Chondroiton.

You're correct about Zinc, it's in my one a day vitamin - 10mg.
Vitamin D, lol if you think you get enough Vitamin D from food alone. And I live in an area with not much sun.
There is no downside to megadosing Vitamin K2 MK4.
Boron 3mg every other day. I don't like nuts.
Magnesium 250mg every other day.

If you want to know what the rest does literally google.

Some of what I'm taking is for pubertymaxing/heightmaxing.


I don't take any steroids or peptides or anything though.
 
If you don't want suppression then I'd go for
an AI
DSIP
mk 677 and gh peptides
maybe hcg with breaks

This and vitamin A + C, good sleep, good diet, stress management, enough time outside, regular moderate physical activity, maintaining a low body fat percentage while still eating enough, having a social circle and - if needed - HGH/IGF-1 + low to moderate dose nonsteroidal AI for height.

If cost is an issue like most people, prioritize dsip, an AI and mk 677 in that order.
You only need 10mg of mk 677 per day to reap most of the benefits which turns out to be very cost effective.
As for the AI I think aromasin will boost you dht the most. be careful about norwood though.

aromasin from some pharma site, alldaychemist or untiedpharmacies. the former is probably more of a safe bet.
