best way to LDAR and comfortzonemax im not ascending anytime soon

i can sleep 12 hours then mandatory slavery 8 hours a day on week days which leaves me with 4 hours of mandatory consciousness on week days and 12 conscious hours on weekends/breaks what can i do to cope during those hours since ive already maxed sleep
