Best way to lose weight at 14 don’t have access to gym

I’m 5’10 200 pounds at 14 and need to lose weight what’s the best way besides the gym I’ve already started eating better.Is there any supplements or anything that would make it easier?

Walk 10,000 steps and do cardio once a day while eating in a deficit. No supplement is gonna directly make you lose weight other than pharmaceuticals

youll lose babyfat at 15-17, dont stress yet man. focus on calorie surplus for good development! never stress!

Walk as much as you can, when running get in like a heartbeat rate where you lose a lot of calories. Be on a calorie deficit. Try to start working out with big amount of reps (just like David Goggins) so you don’t have left over skin but build muscle rights away, do something that you are able to do as many times as you can, lifting dumbbells and stuff like that, you will figure it out eventually.

Just eat in a calorie deficit but don’t starve max I used to do that and it was not good whatsoever it’s very bad for your bones and stuff and also bad for your brain due to lack of nutrients and during the calorie deficit make sure to get enough vitamin d calcium magnesium and vitamin k2 and a bunch of other stuff so just eat healthy in general
