Synced patterns and routines. Like having the same schedule but in a much broader OCD manner. Dog park at 4pm every day. Jog at 6am on the same trail every morning. Workout at the same gym; same days, same time. And remember, treadmills are your friend. Because pussy loves treadmills. And grocery shop at the same store at the same time.
