Is to start easy. Makes sticking to it easier

I started gymcelling by only training my right bicep and shoulders, then it snowballed

I just wanted abs and then found out my abs are so deep and big that it made everything else look weird.

Most of the retards in this forum cope about the gym when in reality its just an excuse cause they are lazy. Gym is only cope when you ruin your face over getting a better body. But as long as you don't excessively bulk, or blast crazy amounts of gear, you will only enhance your SMV.
