Best way to train if you are trying to build muscle and lose fat

Me personally what I do is train 5x a week, maybe six - seven but it depends, hit each muscle group twice a week, have about 3-4 cardio sessions, after or on a separate day, with your diet eat clean, nutritious food while maintaining a caloric deficit. For your meals aim for three, don’t snack on high calorie foods like let’s say Reece’s cups for example, rather maybe popcorn or etc

How long are your cardio sessions?

Respectfully if you are natty this can not be done, you need to bulk or cut.
