Me personally what I do is train 5x a week, maybe six - seven but it depends, hit each muscle group twice a week, have about 3-4 cardio sessions, after or on a separate day, with your diet eat clean, nutritious food while maintaining a caloric deficit. For your meals aim for three, don’t snack on high calorie foods like let’s say Reece’s cups for example, rather maybe popcorn or etc
