It depends on ur pheno im a from nordic background (blonde hair blue eyes fair skin) so im gonna take mt2 but if ur a curry u wanna wear as much spf as possible to reduce the amount of melanin in ur skin to make u whiter also have a look at green or blue contacts which also helps ur colouring and hair dye if u have shitty brown hair
