Best ways to larp surgery downtime?

Obviously once surgery has happened, it would be stupid to larp.

But meanwhile I am getting my surgeries, for example fat grafting I am going to Thailand, how can i explain why I am gone? Like my parents are friends with alot of my friends parents how can I justify it and say why they havent seen me in so long???

To me it just cringes me out saying about cosmetic surgery to other people before it has actually happened, especially because word inevitably spreads.

Maybe I could larp im depressed for 2 months?

For me my surgery plan requires me going to thailand 1 monthish before BSSO, then the BSSO recovery obviously

My BSSO surgeon said the order should be before. The swelling from BSSO makes other surgeries too hard to judge unfortunately. I will ask him how long the swelling will be that way tho, its a very good idea. Thanks,

BSSO before graft fucks up soft tissue assessement becuz of swelling

And bsso after graft prolly just fucks up graft cuz the fat is still settling in. Also bsso changes soft tissue potentially of Midface to under eye area I believe.

So best is graft multiple months after bsso.

Edit nvm if it’s just bsso no lf1 then maybe u can do bsso after graft
