Should I water fast?
Or just a slight caloric deficit? -500 calories

What's the best way to suppress hunger for little to no calories?

I already do this shit during ramadan and it's hell. Fasting without water is so much harder than fasting with water and tbh no water makes me feel 100x shittier

Eat less calories than maintenance, high protein, moderate carbs. Keeping it healthy is optimal as well.

MyProtein Thermopure could help.
It's on sale today aswell, I paid £8 instead of 26 for 180 tablets.

I've been using them for a month.
idk how legit they are but I did lose 5 kg from that in 10 days. I was also on 1500kcal a day as 62kg 6'0.

I lose and put on weight extremely fast, so take this with a pinch of salt.
It was likely a lot of water weight too.

eat one banana a day, drink 3l of water and go for long walks (15.000+ steps)
