Replace the normal 'g' with 'ɡ'. They have different unicode values. There are obviously plenty of other ways, but this is the first one I found that looks pretty much indistinguishable from one the original letters in the 'n' word.

It doesn't even look the same ffs 'э' Additionally, that's two letters you need to replace, whereas with this variation of g it's just one letter.
