dont overdue it. your body needs to regulate everything, too much of anything will have negative effects.

id take two a day... and see how you look. if no difference in a week,,, keep upping the dose until you notice a difference and stay at that.... if you do too much at a time, maybe you get no results, or u ruin chances of getting any and u make ur skin ugggly

Beta carotene makes you tan but not by the way you think. The way it works is by removing bile from your liver. The orange color that appears on your skin is not the actual carotene but instead bile that is being expelled from your body exiting through your skin. Not really sustainable long term and may not even work for everyone. Just letting you know
