It's arguably better than all of the seasons before. 5 episodes aired already and I can't wait to see the rest. Have you guys seen it? It's incredibly interesting and intense.

I have been watching it since Season 1 and it's a good show.

Glad they finally finished filming though. I have to suspend disbelief to accept Jimmy is 43 and Mike is early 60s in the show's timeline (brutal age/prequel pill).

Jimmy doesn't look a day older than 50 though

Very entertaining character. They got rid of him at the right time though IMHO.
have you seen season 6?
it was crazy especially when Varga blew his brains out

It has been almost 2 years since season 5 ended. And it has been 7 years since season 1 aired. So I frankly can't remember much about the prior seasons.

Mike hasn't been a credible tough guy since maybe season 2 of BCS. He is just an old cranky man now, IRL anyone would laugh at him playing the tough guy. When I heard an actor on BCL had a heart attack I just assumed it was the actor that played Mike.

It is a better season than most probably because it is starting to more closely resemble Breaking Bad.

How did Lalo find out that woman was the wife of the contractor Gus hired to construct the underground lab? It seems like whomever told him that would have the information regarding the location of the lab. And I forget the status of the contractor crew, I seem to have a fuzzy memory they were paid off and let go. Really all there is currently is a hole in the ground, probably 75% of making it a working lab is still to be done, so who the fuck is going to do that?

I miss the Cinnnabon guy, I fear there will be no resolution to that side story.

Damn I even forgot about the husband of that woman. It's been so long since I watched it.

I disagree about Mike. Have you seen the shootout from season 5? And just because he's old and can't do much bare hand fighting doesn't disqualify him as a tough guy. He has a skill for dealing with people and has connections and ability to organize.

Is it worth watching if I loved BB but can't stand comedies and sitcoms?

yeah lol. But you don't really know what happens to characters. Where they end up and if they die or not.

I mean we know that Lalo will not release the information that Gus builds his own meth lab, cause in Breaking Bad no one in the cartel knows.

But yeah im still interested what happens with Howard and Kim and Lalo. And we also have the black and white future scenes which im hyped for.

I hope they include Walter and Jesse atleast ones, would be epic

I remember when Walt and Jesse kidnapped Saul he asked them "are you Lalo's guys?" which could mean that he may not have been dead years later. So maybe he lives.

yes absolutely. There's barely any comedy. Some tragic moments though.
