Idk if im being retarded but i was thinking of taking magnesium glycinate+mk677 before bed for better quality sleep and better gh release during sleep (no im not expecting height but muscle recovery) to stall till i get bpc-157

Open to literally any suggestions tell me if im being retarded or not

ever since i started taking ashwagandha, and about 300mg of magnesium before sleeping ive slept like a baby. ive been contemplating supplementing melatonin

I don’t think u need allat, tire yourself before bed, be active during the day, go way earlier to bed, cool room, and minimise blue light as much as possible(it literally counters natural melatonin production that makes you sleep) and try to avoid ur phone in general before going to sleep. If that dont work take magnesium bisglycinate before bed, should knock you right out
