So I been trying to fix my asymmetry by sleeping on my back and I been doing for couple weeks and it’s been helping but I started using no pillows for the back of my head and just putting my pillow underneath my legs and it’s been feeling good lately but I wanna know now if I should continue or find a small pillow to use because I don’t wna create future problems if there’s a chance of it

sleep in a chin tuck on back without pillow. may be worth buying myobrace or shockdoctor for the asymmetry, if your palate itself is noticeably uneven

Using one low pillow or none at all when lying on your back can noticeably alter spinal alignment. Without enough support the head may tilt too far backward increasing strain on the back of the neck and reducing the natural cervical curve...But the pillow must not be too high or thats a problem too

Holy shit what a fucking idiot

Without pillow, roll up a towel for neck support
