Normal shoe lifts are limited because stacking too many gives you this effect:

Outside of the outsole/bottom of the shoe being thicker itself (platforms, they look uncanny)

The solution would be insoles that boost your height throughout the entire shoe
But then you're limited by the room inside the shoe itself

Does anyone know of any, or how to search for shoes that have more **vertical** room?

Ik these exist, but here's the problem:

Lines are shoddy but you get the point

Blue is where the foot is supposed to be

Purple is where the foot is, even if you wear long pants to cover up the weird angle, it still shoes in the rest of your posture

Not to mention that shit posture makes your height WORSE in the long run

One sec working on another diagram

They look fine you're overthinking it

Just get lifts that go inside your sock and get taller shoes

put the lifts in boots? it seems that you can obviously see the heel so you can hide that with some tall boots?

Purple = Normal shoe lifts, steep angle assuming you fraud a pretty big amount

Blue = Where your shoe goes without any normal (angled) lifts, no steep angle

Red = Extra vertical room, where you could put an inch or so of completely flat lifts INSIDE the shoe

First photo is the original shoe

Second is morphed to have (slightly) taller platforms/outsoles & more vertical room in the shoe itself

More vertical room in the shoe means more lifts, but importantly, more FLAT lifts to avoid having fucked up angles (looks bad & ruins your posture)

Theory is, taller shoes, as many flat lifts as would fit, and then normal angled ones to top it off, or none at all

And if the shoe starts to look comically tall:
Capture6

^ this is going less into looking for shoes and more so building a custom height boosting shoe
but the green would be an extension of the shoe, so on the outside, the proportions from a side view are the same as the first unmorphed photo, but on the interior of the shoe, the toe still ends before the green

TL;DR: shoe should be taller to fit more flat insoles then top off with an inch or so of normal lifts for max height

Spent a couple hours researching and found literally nothing for this idea, going to look into getting some custom made shoes to get this to work, normal shoes like the airmaxes boost height 1.5 inches maximum, if they just had thicker outsoles & more vertical room to fit a completely flat insole, they could give 3 inches without fucking up the angle whatsoever

Will update when I've got the shoes

Another example, comparison of frauded vs real height

UPDATE:

It's not exactly what I was looking for, but way closer

"Chunky 2.5-Inch Outsole"

If that's actually true, that would make it taller than the Balenciaga Triple S with a 60 mm stack height (~2.3 inches)

Notice the design though, if it just looked like a solid brick it would be an obvious platform

Instead of searching for height boosting shit, use the search term "chunky"

I'm a bit skeptical those are actually 2.5 inches of outsole but I've seen others that definitely are, just have to find one that gives the most height while looking the least subtle

This, compared to a 2.5 inch elevator shoe, air forces with lifts or whatever the fuck that puts you at an obviously weird angle

If you search for 50 mm stack height running shoes, you get kind of gay colored ones, but they're literally designed for running and still give you a ~2 inch height boost, so there's another option, as for boots, well, they're boots, they're going to be 1.5-2 inches already, especially logging boots
