Is a bidelt measurement of 18 inches at 5,8 good? Also, I have extremely low shoulder and delt hypertrophy. I think I'll be able to reach 24-25 inch after hopping on for 3 years + extreme delt hypertrophy and with clavicles growing 1-2 inches

It's average. With roids and gymceling you can increase it by 2-3 inches max
