Bidelt + Bicromial v2

Im 14 and i have a roughly 22 inch bidelt and a 18.5 inch bicromial length ( been working out only upper body for 2 weeks). For extra info im 5’9 and i have a 26 inch waist circumference. Could this be from how i measured and if so what would be the correct way to measure it.

22 inch bidelt with this proportion you have to be like 6'2-6'3 or smth
you cant measure your bidelt properly by yourself, get someone to do it for you, with the right tool

I had someone measure from my lateral delt to lateral delt using a tailor’s tape and it came up to be 22inch

I had someone measure from my lateral delt to lateral delt using a tailor’s tape and it came up to be 22inch

a tape isnt straight, you also added in the curvature of your back (or chest if he did it from the front
you have to use smth like that

For this picture i made the bizygomatic the reference point and made it 14cm (higher end average)
and as we can see his bidelt is 3.25x bigger than his bizygomatic width so 14 x 3.25 = 45.5 cm which comes to about 18 inches

Recap: OP his bidelt is around 18 inches and NOT 22



now his biacromial, once again ive made his bizygomatic width the reference scale with 14cm (higher end average)
as we can see in the measurement i made we can see that his biacromial is about 2.3x bigger than his bizygomatic width so 14 x 2.3 = 32.2 cm which comes to about 13 inches

Recap: OP his biacromial is around 13 inches and NOT 18.5
