Bidelt percentile vs shoulder to waist ratio

42in (106.68) shoulder circumference
25in (63.5cm) waist circumference
9in (22.86) waist width

Shoulder to waist (width): 2.05
Shoulder to waist (circumference): 1.68

So 50th percentile bidelt but good ratios? Which is more important? Do I have good genetics for lifting due to small waist?
