What is a good bidelt length in inches, mine currently sits at around 22.75inches which I know is good but what’s the forum average (not normie average as ts is low ash)

It is 2:1 shoulders to waist ratio which halo you hard even with a average face and average height.
Bideltoid measurement are irreverent unless it's sub 20 inches .

My waist the whole way round is 30inches, bideltoid is 22.75 so is this good or would I have to measure just my front waist profile, thanks for the help tho bro

Just measured it’s about 1.85/1.9:1 is this ok

If it's exactly 1:9 with 22.5 inches bideltoid (assuming you are honest about your bideltoid width ) then yh you have top 0.5 percentile physique.

My Bidelt is actually about 22.75-23 somewhere in that range and it’s exactly 1.88:1, I’m at 22 percent bf rn too so it could get better so this is great then yes? Life fuel bro

Try to be at 14 percent body fat , I'm sure it will increase the ratio slightly more

This is peak body for female gaze if you give him average face or average height he will still slay in tinder because of that lean body with high shoulders to waist ratio

My body looks similar but less toned, and obviously with more fat, at 14 percent bf I can probs get a 2.1:1 ratio

Maybe, but my broadness makes my face tiny in comparison it’s so annoying , but I’m pretty ugly so I can lose in that aspect
