And my waist is 27cm/10,6"
S to w ratio=1,89
I'm currently 14 is there any chance i can reach the ideal? And what even is the ideal I heard it was 3:1 but not sure

The waist is from side to side so not all around, all around the waist is 70cm/27,5"
