I measured my bidelt at 20.5”, is that wide for 15yo?

thats a fantastic bidelt its well above average for your height, that bideltoid width corresponds to a 6'7 man proportionally, the average bideltoid width for a 5'8 man is 17 inches

im pretty happy with 17 inches would be very nice to have over 17 inch bidelt purely from bones but I reckon im proportional enough for it to not really matter, pretty unfortunate though that I can only get a few inches more max if I train my deltoids

this is me now after over 1 year of not going to the gym
