Big adams apple RUINS my submental area

Any fix to this? my adams apple sticks out like a notch and makes my chin look even worse if it makes sense. I also have a big/thick/long neck with a small/shorter face

Like I said it makes me look less forward grown with such a small face and such a large adams apple if I could make my neck area thinner I would ascend
