Your head is probably not your problem, a "large head" is usually indicative of other issues which can range from:

Crap hairline: your hairline is too highset or you're norwooding overexposing your forehead.

Crap facial growth: your middle and lower third are too underdeveloped causing your otherwise normally developed upperthird to look disproportionately large.

And if that's not the case then chances are you're a framelet who just needs to fill out their frame a bit to become more proportionate.

Very rarely would you actually want a smaller head as that's usually the result of recession. If anything looks too big it's usually because surrounding features are too small. Same rule goes for noses, most "large noses" aren't actually large, they're usually just paired with crap chins and cheeks that make the nose look big in comparison.

If you have a shit frame relative to head size then only thing u can do is put weight on your frame via working out. But this will never compare to someone who just has a good frame.
