Big nose, is there a solution to make it smaller without surgery?

I always hate the fat on each side of my nose, and I think there might be a way to remove it to make my nose seem similar, but Is surgery a must? (Dm me if you wanna take a look at the "fat on each side".)

Only aging will change ur nose and make it longer

There’s obviously no way to change it without surgery

Losing body fat can help, this is me in 2023 after losing a lot of bf (still wasn’t lean)

i was also supposed to be testing lipogel and hydrocortisone but disengaged because of inconsistency. will do again soon as i ascend to chadlite

if you gain fat, places that store fat… will gain fat; and contrariwise. it’s common knowledge

Around yeah, fat can distort the shape but losing weight can’t sculpt it.

My nose did feel slightly smaller after losing 30 lbs
