Big nose

I have a bulbous nose not Roman or Greek it doesn’t even have a shape just big and weird it makes my already recessed chin look even more recessed should I get a rhino when I’m older or hop on Accutane or a certain Cream I can use it make the glands smaller

Accutanes an effective softmax for shrinking ur nose, dont really know much about dosaging in regards to it tho so should ask around for that and if you're planning to give creams a try then you should definetly look into hydrocortisone cream as that's the only one I know so far which is effective in shrinking the nose
