Big pimple on my nose

I've got a big pimple beneath the skin on the side of my nose bridge and it makes my nose looks so wide

How do i calm down the inflamation because its not red or something but it bulges out to the side i just need to get rid of that bulging

Any products that can calm it down??

Sounds like accutane will shrink you nose quite a bit, otherwise you could just apply tret or benzoyl peroxide on it

Dont touch apply warm compress 3-5 times a day and wait if you touch it will get worse
