I don't feel worthy of having a wife and children because I'm going to be a fraud because of the plastic surgeries. I don't know how to deal with the fact that my life will no longer have meaning. At 22, I will have no purpose in life because my youth was wasted and because I won't have a family to motivate me. Is it possible to deal with this or is the only solution the rope?
