My frame is amazing at almost 2:1 and it does make it look smaller.
I have this issue where my skull is so thick it makes me have hairloss because of the pressure pushing the follicles out and idk if its normal.

i am told i have wide shoulders but not crazy wide. there is a gymcel in my class his skull is very small and has a bidelt about 55cm, and everybody says he has crazy wide shoulders
