what i noticed is that people respect u more when you have lot of muscle, i lost 10kg because of quarantine and people no longer respec, one guy even told that he would beat me, another offered me boxing match, nobody would say sutch things to me when i was stronger, keep going u may not get girls but respect atleast

Just do calisthenics if your gym is closed and your gains will mostly be preserved

I started working out in home 2 weeks ago and already regained 2kg, what sucks about home workout is that there is harldy any proggresive overload tools, which will hinder my regaining procces

Funny thing is I came of PEDs and lost almost zero muscle

congradulations than, i remember advising people here to not hope on PEDs and if you managed to remain all that muscle which most people cant get away with, i mirin you than, if that is true.

i started losing muscle after 3 weeks of stopping working out, did that 3 weeks already pasted after you came of from peds?

Check out Pewdiepie's gym / workout video, he has an amazing low footprint dumbell set
