Bigger hands

Is there any way to get bigger hands? (Surgery, training muscles, hgh)?

if you're under 18 (and i assume you are since you genuinely just asked if training muscle will give you bigger hands)

truth is, its overall genetic, but if you really care, then puberty + growth hormone, your hands bones alongside the rest of the skeleton will grow until estrogen triggers growth plate fusion (simple means, its OVER)

If you are doing it after puberty / more specifically after your growth plates are fused, you could do something like bone lengthening surgery (distraction osteogenesis), from what i see typical gains arae like, ~13-26mm per metacarpal. but i dont think anyone ever has done this for cosmetic purposes. it takes several months or so + risk,

the other thing i found is soft-tissue augmentation, its fat grafting or caHa/HA fillers, to make your hands look fuller. This is probably the worst thing you can do, would just make your handle looks bigger, not longer, all your veins / tendons would get hidden) overall looksmin unless you want baymax hands. but i wouldn't know since you didnt specify, but if you are looking for these type of hands just get really fat
