I just realized that a lot of the women were super attractive and I was below average and I had no real hobbies to talk about. and I didn't want to come off as a creep and just saying I wanted to hook up also I was broke back then so I realized there's no realistic way I'm getting a hookup any time soon

I actually had some experiences talking to girls when I was in a mental hospital 2 months ago (sui threat) one thing I noticed is that when I stop watching porn I start to see women as people and not objects which makes me less nervous plus we all had one thing to bond over. I just still suck ass at initiating conversations and finding a real hobby but I'm going to keep trying

It was fun back in 2018 when I first found it but it got old quick.

also it turned me into such a shitty human being. Im not doing the absolute best in 2026 cause I'm unemployed and clueless career wise but at least I've lost weight and cut back on the porn.

in April 2025 I was a 30 bmi (now I'm 27) obese piece of shit who would go on Instagram and my feed was 99% girls and I would make the most dehumanizing comments about them plus I would flaunt my addiction off to my friends cause I was trying to be edgy. also I would waste money on porno mags.

At least I've cut that out. I still jerk a bit but its not nearly as often. I deleted IG and my camera roll isn't full of girls (it was last year)
