For me it was mewing did it religiously for like 2 years, zero noticeable change besides some jaw tension . Also wasted way too much time on “perfect posture” videos thinking it’d fix my face.

Another one: “Skincare will make you hot.” Nah bro, it’ll make you cleaner, not better looking. Big difference. Bones dont change with skincare

skincare does matter alot

Yes its not going to change your bones, but it can ascend u 1 psl or even more.

was a mouth breather till age 12-13
religiously mew (still do) during day but due to breathing problems i always breathed with my mouth during the night
it did not help my downward growth but prevented it from getting worse :smonk:

also winter 2023 of icing your face, just ruins your skin barrier and temporary effect if it does anything

spent so much time thinking it was over cause i didnt have hunter eyes jfl, realize now that it wouldnt match my harmony at all and i should go for much more of a high trust look. gotta learn to work with your features instead of trying to completely defy your genetics in every aspect for +1 PSL points.

Almost everything you find on tt is just cope and a waste of time. Skincare can make you more attractive but it won't save you. I mean sprinting, Thumpulling and mewing or bullshit like that is not gonna fucking ascend you

I havent fallen for to many copes but volufiline was something i used 2x daily for 6 months,it would get into my eyes atleast half the time and be a bit irritating and ended up giving me minimal results

yeah man, skincare does make a difference in your looks maxxing but you gotta be consistent with it and choose the right routine for your skin type. A basic routine is cleanser, toner, moisturizer, and sunscreen daily + weekly exfoliant and mask. Experiment to find what works best for you over time
