is that u cant stop yourself from fixating on one activity for example browsing looksmax for 12 hours when youd be happier browsing something else/doing original things

and then you also end up doing too many mentally stimulating things even tho youd happier listning music and playing sports

can both be fixed with impulse control thankfully
