Bigonial width and the masseter muscle's role

1. When a plastic surgeon injects HA-Fillers into your jaw, do they aim at the masseter muscle or below it? Is the goal of the filler to grow the masseter muscle's appearance?

3. If so, would a bigger masseter always mean a larger bigonial width? Could exercising the masseter lead to such an increase? Or is a big masseter actually not growing bigonial width?

Yes but doesn't always look good (can give a bloated look)

It depends on where your masseter muscle has it's peak I think

Just like with biceps insertions, your biceps looks either long or short (or medium)

If most of the mass of the masseter is concentrated really low, that means that you would have low gonial angle (visually) from the front) and wider bigonial width

Bigonial width is increased either way tho, even if the masseters mass is concentrated higher
