bilateral osteotomy surgery advice (bimax)

Hi everyone! I'm looking for a highly skilled plastic surgeon anywhere in the U.S. who specializes in the bimaxillary osteotomy (bimax) procedure.


Ideally, I want a top-tier surgeon with extensive experience, consistently successful results, and strong positive feedback from patients. I’m not just looking for someone who can perform the procedure well, but someone who can also help make my face as aesthetically balanced, symmetrical, proportional, and harmonious as possible — with the goal of achieving a model-like appearance.


I also want to have a full-length jawline implant placed during the same surgery.


Later on, I’m planning to have rhinoplasty and canthoplasty (eye corner surgery) — not necessarily with the same surgeon, but preferably with someone equally experienced in facial aesthetics.


If anyone has undergone this type of transformation, I’d really appreciate it if you could share:

• Which surgeon you chose
• Your experience
• How much it cost (in USD)
• And what kind of financing or loan worked best — and for how long
