Only person to answer, tynever used them both at the same time but used them separately. safe to say bimatoprost mogged it to oblivion so dont even bother using the other serum. oral minox is very good also

the idea is that the bimatoprost, while does help hypertension in the eyes, the side effect is longer eyelashes
youre supposed to use a one-use applicator, dip it into the solution, and lightly dab it on your upper lash line
