Bimax and scared of underadvancement

I'm getting bimax + genioplasty in 4 days at 17. My surgeon is Dr Kater from Frankfurt am Main, he's very experienced and i trust in his surgical qualitys. 3 weeks ago they took CT scans, pictures and made plaster prints of my occlusion. They said the'll do 3d planning and fotoanalysis for the planning. I'm very scared of underadvancement, i'd rather get some nerves botched than be 2mm underadvanced when i wake up. I'll have another appointment with my surgeon 1 day before the surgery, he'll show me the plans and I'll get to ask questions / tell him my goals for aethetics. The half of the surgery will be payed private. How realistic is underadvancement with said facts about me and the surgery?

i pay half of it private because healthinsurance says it's not enough to cover it it has functional goals but i made clear, that aesthetics is more important for me

how much movement is required for a big ascension? what do you think
