i’m pretty sure i can get bimax covered by insurance, i think im the perfect candidate.
i hope that with the functional issues i have like an overbite and a misaligned bite would get surgery covered

I wouldnt expect that dramatic of a rotation especially if youre getting it insured

well you will definitely benefit from ccw rotation and bimax but just beware that insured surgery wont get you much ccw rotation if any at all
that’s rough, i’m trying to do as much for as cheap as possible, i guess id benefit the most from bimax. i think i have good genes just ruined by awful habits growing up

i dont wanna go overboard and get wraparound mandibular implants to fix my ramus and gonial but it is what it is

You cheap out and you get cheap results. Functional surgery will honestly rarely give an aesthetic improvement unless your bit malocclusion is severe enough where you look deformed. I have been looking into this recently and realized the same thing for myself. I have an underbite and need bimax. Just shop for surgeons there is alot of recommendations on this forum. You dont want to go as cheap as possible on a surgery that will permanently impact the shape of your skull and the way you look the rest of your life.
