Hello my niggas, how are we all doing?

So yeah im getting my first bimax consult tomorrow and i would like to share my ideas ( collected from ppl here) about what im going to tell my surgeon what i want, matter of fact getting implants too!

So i would be suggesting the next things:
Advancement of both jaws ( dont exactly now how much)
Maxillary downgraft ( short face syndrome ) CW rotation (dk exactly this concept)
Peek infraorbital malar implants and still deciding between a wraparound jaw implant or jaw angle implants.

I would appreciate everyone that would give its honest opinion and I'm absolutely open to any advice.

I agree you need clockwise rotation. But instead of you I would act less knowledgeable in front of the surgeon, don't tell him exactly what you want but tell him what bothers you about your face, to see if he is trustworthy.

yeah this is the strat - just say you feel as if your face is too short vertically and you want implants in those specific areas

Yeah. Also surgeons generally don't really like internet lurkers, they prefer the average normie patient. The solution is simple, pretend you aren't one and you're good to go

Thanks man, just had the consultation got quoted 14k (bimax only) so yeah i’m looking forward to it, any extra advice regarding the implants?, i think my list is basically everything i need, currently gymmaxxing, would you guys use peptides for recovery after this surgery?
