Tomorrow I will see the maxillofacial surgeon for Bimax ccw rotation surgery. What do you think I should tell the doctor to get the best result after surgery?

Ur jaw is asymmetric but I honestly think u'd be better off with paranasal implants, infraorbital malar implants & jaw implants to get rid off ur asymmetries and not bimax.
