So i will be getting LL in a bit and was wondering if it would be a good idea (and time efficient since i am already wasting a lot of time in my prime years) to undergo bimax during LL. I heard the bimax recovery was brutal during the first 2 weeks but becomes alright after that. So, considering that i would be on blood thinners and antibiotics during that period due to LL, would it be too much for my body to handle without serious complications or is it fine. (Gonna ask the doctor btw, just getting answers from different sources).

Greycel pill strikes again.
Youre over here with 20 posts already getting LL and Bimax. Im over her with 3000 havent had a single meaningful surgery :fuk:.

Also I dont think it would be a good idea to do them at the same time, it will probably be too much to handle.

No sorry, at least not now currently as i would like to stay as anonymous as lossible here. I know i will be getting bimax cw with downgraft as i have short face syndrome + bruxism and a chewing addiction, which makes me have a short and wide skull with masseters bigger than my biceps thus creating a bloated look, but i don't currently know the exact range of movement i need as i would need to lean out first (12-10% body fat) and ct scans with professional medical feedback.

Limb lengthening with purely external fixators is actually surpilrisingly safe, just painful and long af

Why not get bimax first then LL? Is your occlusion correct enough for bimax? Most people need braces before jaw surgery so you can do your LL while waiting to be done with the braces/Invisalign

Nice. I thought you where some oldcel :lul:. How can you afford this at such a young age, isnt LL usually upwards of 50k? with bimax on top surely your looking at 50-75k?

probably LL then 2 months later bimax,
2 months seems very reasonable tbh I think thats enough downtime between the two.

But wouldnt it be easier to do the bimax first? Its alot shorter recovery wise probably 2-4 weeks swelling then maybe 3ish months before everything looks normal.

Idk how it would work with LL wouldnt you be bedbound? Are you getting the LL and Bimax in the same country?

Personal and timing reasons which kinda force me to do things in this order : getting braces before LL, LL and bimax finally. Also my bite is good is just the alignment of the teeth itself that is flawed, so braces won't be needed for long.

As i said i'm kinda forced to have LL before bimax for some reasons that i cannot change, and although bimax might be around 15k, LL with external only can be done for around 35k. And about the part of being bedbound i completely agree but it probably will be a legit ascension (at least for me) so i'll happily trade 10 months to live the rest of my life being fully confident in the way that i look and others perceive me.

Be careful, is not so safe, LL is always dangerous, much more than the other surgeries that people do here

I got a foot drop after finishing LL

Stupid idea to do both at the same time but whatever floats your boat

No, in fact you wouldn't be allowed by your LL surgeon to undergo a bimax during the lengthening process.

Why not get them all done on the same day, I’m sure the combined surgery time is less than 24h. Maybe if he gets them done in the same hospital he won’t even need to wake up in between! :lul:

I admire your courage, but I think it’s crazy getting bimax at this height. Too much risk, cost and stress, for little benefit

Have the complications from your LL improved? Has your doc/physiotherapist given you a prognosis on how well you’ll recover?
