So I’ve been discussing bimax with a surgeon and he says I need a dentists referal, I told my dentist I’m experiencing sleep apnea and he agreed to refer me. My question is, is this surgeon just gonna focus on my airway and leave me with shit cosmetic results when my entire goal is aesthetic change. Should I tell him I want drastic change to my profile

Tell him you want as much advancement as possible to reduce future risk of sleep apnea also wouldn't hurt to ask for genio

wouldnt even bother with a surgeon that doesent specify in bimax and isnt verified by the looksim community

braindead thread

how are you going to get a good result if you don't know anything about the surgeon & their methods? You need to look for a surgeon who puts value in aesthetics as well as function, and who's case studies show people with similar starting points to yourself.

That being said, I've seen your face & bi-max won't even begin to fix your problems.
