Not coming to Giant was the first mistake.
I am not here to outline the specific mistakes or to help them be avoided outside of Giant.

But I will point out he looks to have either considerable tooth root resorption or already short tooth roots at risk of resorbing a lot more if that diastema is closed too quickly. Slow down....

Marpe was so big for my breathing. DJS actually worsened my nasal breathing because of the impaction. For the better though. I had too much nasal breathing from the MARPE. DJS fixed my recession and snoring/sleep apnea.

Nah I aam going to let the swelling go down more before I see. Closing my Diastema and going slow with that is my priority. MSE gave me cheekbones, but hidden in the DJS swelling.
