Maxilla: like 6mm forwards and a little bit downgraft (few mms)/CW
Lower jaw: Pogonion came forward overall like 1,5cm and down like 7mm or something

Thanks. The genioplasty is recent and is still swollen a little bit so it might come down. Bimax + cheeks have been done +1,5 years ago so they look final.

Its a surgeon not known on these forums and rather not name him here. He does not work on private sector so only does NHS patients. I also had functional problems so i was operated there.

There is nothing on the jaw angles. I think the changes in there are from the slight outward rotation of the ramus segments during the bimax and the skin tightening and stretching from the advancement.

significant. When i was younger growing up i got bullied for being ugly and even called out on the street like "there an ugly fellow" lol. Nowdays i would have no problems with dating or finding company, although i have a gf now.

Thats very nice and good hear. Maybe there are other surgeons that can satisfy patients rather then the usual PSL ones.

I am not sure honestly, you should have had a surgery that would go with harmony with your face, you had subhuman chin but now you have duffy duck chin. Proejction looks too long and uncanny. Your maxilla is not in harmony with your chin, you lack forward groth and have a flat maxilla

The genioplasty is really recent and is 100% still swollen. Ill update you guys with better pictures once the swelling subsides.
