You don't need bimax, chin advancement at most. Also infraorbitals are probably overdoing it

That airway size is not bad at 210mm2 considering that mine is around 30mm2 and I still don’t qualify for sleep apnea according to NHS.

You also have no malocclusion or jaw recession.
